1. Specialized Art Crating Due to the extreme value and delicacy of our hyper-realistic masterpieces, every item is shipped in a Custom-Engineered Floating Art Crate. This museum-grade packaging ensures the sculpture is suspended and protected from vibration, humidity, and impact during transit.

2. Lead Time & Processing

Standard Signature Editions: As each piece requires over 1,200 hours of manual craftsmanship, the lead time is typically 12-16 weeks.
Private Commissions: Timeline will be discussed during the private consultation.

3. Global Delivery & Insurance

We provide Complimentary Fully Insured Shipping to Tier 1 regions (USA, UK, EU, UAE, Singapore, etc.).
We utilize specialized fine art couriers (e.g., FedEx International Priority or professional art logistics) to ensure secure delivery.

4. Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the collector. Please consult your local customs office for specific rates.

5. Inspection Upon Receipt

All shipments require a Signature upon Delivery.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. Any transit damage must be reported to studio@hushaoming.com within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
